The Sainsbury Wellcome Centre has been shortlisted for the 2015 Surface Design Awards in the Public Building Exterior category.

It was announced on the 6th of October that Professor John O'Keefe, the Director of the Sainsbury Wellcome Centre for Neural Networks and Behaviour at UCL has been awarded the Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine.

The RSC’s Courtyard Theatre originally designed by Ian Ritchie Architects will be transformed for the Shakespeare celebrations in 2016 into a new interpretation of The Other Place (TOP). 2016 marks the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare's death.

The Planning Application to the London Borough of Brent and Stage 2 Arts Council of England Application have both been submitted for the transformation of the theatre and foyers.
