Ian Ritchie Architects have submitted a full planning application to Westminster City Council

Ian Ritchie will be discussing his chosen theme ‘Inventive Landscapes’ for this year’s Architecture Room in the Summer Exhibition at the Royal Academy of Arts on Friday 26 June 2015.

Karl Singporewala will be taking the ‘pechakucha challenge’ (20 images x 20 seconds), presenting the Sainsbury Wellcome Centre façade on Tuesday 2 June 2015, 16:00-17:00 at the Future Materials and Systems stand, Vision London, Olympia London, Hammersmith Road, Kensington, London W14 8UX.

‘Resemble’, Ian Ritchie Architects adaptation of an Ernest Race chair will be sold in aid of the UK charity The Art Room. 90 artists, designers and architects have transformed chairs which are cascading from Selfridges’ Atrium until 14 June 2015 in an installation curated by Fair & Co entitled Re-Work It.

Mercers’ Yard has been selected for the NLA Public London exhibition which will run in the NLA galleries at The Building Centre from 23 April - 11 July 2015.

A further phase including 296 apartments has been submitted for planning permission to the London Borough of Bromley.

Following an Arts Council of England requirement for a competitive process, the RSC has appointed Ian Ritchie Architects to lead a multi-disciplinary team to transform the Courtyard Theatre and The Other Place through to completion.  

Construction has begun on the first of three current projects in Covent Garden with which the practice is involved. The main contractor is Osborne.
