MERCERS’ YARD planning permission granted

The Mercers’ Livery Company was granted planning permission and conservation area consent by Westminster City Council for a new  multi-million pound mixed development in Covent Garden

between Mercer Street and Langley Street. The scheme was highly praised for its quality of design, and Ian Ritchie Architects were specifically applauded by the planning committee Chairman, Cllr Robert Davis for the practice’s architecture.
